Open-plan living
Living, dining and kitchen share one open space of about 68 m² on the ground floor, with tall windows looking out to the trees.

Castle Hill · Sydney
Three new two-storey townhouses on a leafy corner in the Hills District. Walk through them today — before they are built.
The project
The building at 15 Anthony Road is under construction. In October 2026 it stands at the slab stage — but you can already walk around it.
Every picture and every 360° view on this page was made from the architect's 3D design, at true size: the same walls, windows, doors and stairs that are being built, with realistic materials and natural light. Take your time, look into every corner, and get a real feel for the space.

The homes
Three homes side by side, each over two levels with its own front door and garage. Inside, you see Home A, the home at the far end of the row.

Living, dining and kitchen share one open space of about 68 m² on the ground floor, with tall windows looking out to the trees.

A long island bench with stools, dark timber cabinets with brass handles, a stone benchtop and a large French-door fridge.

Timber floors throughout, and a frame of timber slats around the TV wall with small lights built into it.

Pale stone-look steps, a glass balustrade, and little lights set into the wall beside every step.

Pale face brick, smooth white bands with rounded corners, and timber battens give each home its own face.

Each home opens with a tall timber pivot door, next to its own timber-look garage door and a planter box.
Location
15 Anthony Road sits on the corner of Anthony Road and Purser Avenue, in the leafy Hills District of north-west Sydney. The three homes face Purser Avenue, and Anthony Road ends in a quiet cul-de-sac just to the north.
